Our Story:

Caitlin founded READ LEARN GROW in 2025 after learning from firsthand experience the struggles that she was facing and the limited resources available for intervention at a school level when her own child was diagnosed with Dyslexia. She started searching for options to help support her child and discovered that these where limited and she had to travel over a 2 hour round trip to get face to face support to assist her child in acquiring the skill set to be able to learn effectively. 

READ LEARN GROW believes that every child has the right to acquire proficiency in READing and writing, have the right to LEARN with our goal to help you find the best path in their learning journey and can GROW their confidence and capability skill set.

With over two decades of experience as an educator, I have had the privilege of advising on the Australian curriculum. Working with Queensland schools and overseeing curriculum development at a state and national level. I have presented at numerous events throughout Australia, sharing the latest research on the science of reading and learning. I love teaching educators how to teach reading, spelling and writing.  I started to see first-hand the struggles that we were facing with limited resources for intervention at a school level and knowing what is needed for them to succeed, I started searching for options outside of school that could assist her acquiring the skills needed for learning. I found there was minimal services that were evidence based with experience in learning difficulties and so Read Learn Grow was started.

My objective is to provide evidence-based resources and services to parents and educators, empowering them to assist students in developing their reading and writing abilities. Every child has the right to acquire proficiency in reading and writing.
