Our founding director Caitlin has worked across Queensland and interstate for over 20 years. She has consolidated her experiences across teaching, coaching, mentoring and literacy presenting into a uniformed approach to assist children in a range of learning development areas. Caitlin is a mother of 4 and understands the challenges that arise within her own neurodiverse family. She has worked with intervention and school support teams, allied health professionals and specialists.​In 2021, Caitlin was a delegate for the Australian Curriculum review in English V9 contributing to shaping educational standards at a national level. ​Caitlin specialises in teaching children to read, spell and write using explicit teaching strategies and evidence based practices.
