I’m Caitlin Brandt, founder of Read Learn Grow, an education consultancy committed to empowering early learning through evidence-based practice and meaningful partnerships with families and educators.
With over 20 years of experience in education, my work is driven by a passion for early childhood development, with a particular focus on oral language, early literacy, inclusive practices, and supporting neurodiverse learners.
I have also worked with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) as an Educational Advisor for the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG). In this role, I supported educators across Queensland in delivering high-quality kindergarten programs grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework.
At Read Learn Grow, we believe the early years are critical—and that every child deserves the chance to flourish. I take pride in helping educators build confidence in their teaching practice and in supporting families to nurture their child’s learning journey from the very beginning.
Nicole is a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for helping primary school children develop confidence and success in reading and spelling. With a strong background in teaching and a deep understanding of how children learn best, I provide tailored, engaging lessons that support each child's individual needs. My approach is patient, encouraging, and focused on building strong foundations in literacy through proven strategies and fun, interactive activities. Whether your child is just beginning to read or needs extra support to thrive, I'm here to help them grow and succeed.
