Caitlin Brandt is a highly experienced educator and literacy specialist with over 20 years of leadership across Queensland and interstate. Her background includes classroom teaching, instructional coaching, mentoring, and professional learning delivery, with a strong focus on structured literacy aligned with the Science of Reading.

Caitlin has led the implementation of evidence-based literacy practices that improve student outcomes through clear, consistent, and explicit instruction. She brings a deep understanding of what works in schools and how to drive sustainable change in literacy teaching.

In 2021, Caitlin was a delegate for the Australian Curriculum Review in English (Version 9), contributing to the development of national standards and expectations for literacy education.
